"Our world’s caves are places of wonder, mystery and majestic beauty. Show caves around the world are embracing their role in protecting and preserving caves and providing a place for people to learn about these special, natural, cultural and historical resources.
Show caves also play another important nature tourism role of sustainable economic development, providing jobs, and helping the economy of their regions.”
The International Show Caves Association (ISCA) is pleased to announce that the Call for Speakers & Posters is now open for the 10th ISCA Congress, to be held in Dordogne, France, under the theme “Beneath the Earth, Beyond Time.”
We invite show cave managers, researchers, educators, tourism professionals, consultants, and industry partners to share their knowledge, projects, and experiences with the international showcave community.
Whether you wish to give a short presentation or showcase your work through a poster, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the exchange of ideas and best practices in areas such as sustainability, conservation, interpretation, lighting, accessibility, tourism, innovation, and education.
Interested participants are encouraged to consult the attached Call for Speakers & Posters document for submission guidelines and deadlines.
We look forward to receiving your proposals and welcoming you to Dordogne for another inspiring edition of the ISCA Congress.
